Designer jeans heist -- Perth, Australia

Upmarket thieves have targeted three high fashion clothing stores in Claremont and Mosman Park, stealing more than $150,000 worth of designer-label clothes.

Police are investigating a series of Burglary offences which occurred between Monday August 23 and Thursday in the Claremont and Mosman Park areas.

One shop in Claremont was broken into between 2am and 3am on Tuesday and two in Mosman Park were broken into between 3am and 4am Thursday.

The offenders have forced entry to the shops and targeted high-end fashion clothing labels such as “Citizen”, “Paige”, “Velvet”, “Nudie Jeans” and others.

Additionally, other items including jewellery, sunglasses and handbags have been also been stolen. It is estimated the total value of the theft will exceed $150,000.
