Delaware County, OK: Arsonist Destroys Police Car

An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper’s patrol car was destroyed by fire west of Jay early Sunday.

The trooper heard noise outside his Delaware County home and found his vehicle on fire about 1:50 a.m.

Once the fire was out, a concrete block was discovered in the back seat of the car.

The car, worth about $50,000, is a total loss.

Cops do not have a description of the arsonist.
