Trooper Andrew Stocks finally did something right when he got in an automobile accident when his patrol car collided with a garbage truck. He was responding to an accident when the collision occurred on Ten-Ten Road.
He was transported to WakeMed Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
With every bank robbery, every so-called "pointless" act of vandalism, and every seemingly random attack on everyday life, we see a qualitative rip in the biopolitical tissue.
